"People get talking at the checkouts. It's often the same regular faces," said ASDA supermarket spokesman Ed Watson. "With Jill and Pete, they got talking over the baked beans and they took it from there."

The Answer to Piracy: Five Bucks?

SAN FRANCISCO -- Can $5 a month solve the file-sharing problem?

WIRED-Perhaps, according to the Electronic Frontier Foundation. The digital-rights group recently proposed the idea of having file sharers pay a monthly surcharge in exchange for the right to share away. The charge would be voluntary and could be levied through the sharers' Internet service provider, software client or university dorm fee. And the money would go to the artists.

Piracy isn't that an answer not a question in Cyber space? sometimes. 0$ on internet on the stores75$ for a pc game?

Canada calls Conan O'Brien show ‘racist’
A Triumph routine suggested that Quebec citizens are gay

OTTAWA - Canada’s government Friday condemned a show by U.S. late-night television host Conan O’Brien that insulted people in French-speaking Quebec and seemed to suggest everyone in the province was homosexual.

Ottawa and the province of Ontario paid C$1 million ($760,000) to help O’Brien — who appears on the NBC television network — bring his show to Toronto for a week to boost the city’s profile after a deadly SARS outbreak last year.

I haven't seen a single show of Conan O'Brien in Canada! WHen is it on?!!
