Iran agrees to nuclear checks

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran has agreed to snap inspections of its nuclear sites and to freeze uranium enrichment in what visiting EU foreign ministers have hailed as a promising start to removing doubts about Tehran's atomic aims.
