New al-Qaida video threatens U.S.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 — A new videotape obtained by NBC News and broadcast for the first time Monday includes previously unseen footage of Osama bin Laden and a chilling message delivered in English by terrorists who died in a bombing in May.
